A different take on the famous Kori Kohi coffee, this recipe uses B Colombia Americano ice cubes to produce a summer favorite–shaved ice. This time with that kick of caffeine that you need for an activity-filled summer day.
- B Colombia Americano capsules
- B Vanilla syrup
- Brew 2 shots of espresso with a B Colombia capsule.
- Add in 2 teaspoons of B Vanilla syrup.
- Transfer to an ice tray and freeze overnight.
- Crush espresso cubes until it has a shaved ice consistency.
- In an ice-filled glass, add in 150mL milk and shaved espresso.
